SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

- All upfront fees are payable prior to project commencement.
- Upfront services requested must be fully utilised within 45 days of project commencement.

- Upfront services include allocated hours of effort and scheduling of relevant qualified personnel. Should the actual effort required exceed the allocation, we will provide written advice to enable you to finalise the agreed deliverables or purchase additional upfront services. 

- Monthly subscription fees begin 14 days after project commencement, payable monthly in advance.

- We rely on your provision of final approved website content which should include text copy and appropriately licensed imagery. Copy should be provided in text files or word documents, and images should be resized appropriately for web use and be named and cataloged for ease of authoring / uploading to your new site.

- Monthly subscription fees require you to sign up to a secure online monthly 'AutoPay' facility using a valid credit card (1.95% processing/merchant fee applies).

- Minimum subscription period is 36 months total. Termination of subscription prior to 36 months term results in remainder of 36 month total fees becoming payable in full within 14 days of termination.

- Online support is available during business hours (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on weekdays via email.

- At the completion of the initial 36 month term, monthly subscription continues at the agreed monthly rate.

- Prices for our services may be subject to change without notice.

- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the service at any time without notice, without liability to you or any third party.
